It is formulated with Omega 3 triglyceride fish oil 800 mg, Omega 5 pomegranate seed oil 100 mg, and Omega 7 ground buckthorn oil 100 mg.
Vegetable oils that we consume daily in our geography mainly contain Omega 6 and Omega 9.
Ingredients: Fish oil (18.05% Omega 3 (EPA, DHA)), soft capsule (bovine gelatin, water, moisturizing: glycerol, coloring: titanium dioxide, coloring: brown HT), pomegranate seed fixed oil (5.11% Omega 5) spruce oil (5.11% Omega 7)
